Draik

Like the Cybunny, the Draik is a limited edition pet and is quite rare in Neopia. Draiks are cute little dragons that love to hunt, but they seem to be in a constant state of confusion.. They also love going on adventures. Draiks are not easily available, so users can either hatch a Draik from a Draik Egg, or buy a Morphing Potion to change their Neopet to a Draik. All methods, however, are expensive.

Cawley Embith is one of the most well-known Draiks in Neopia. He is a a yellow colored creature and plays in the position of Left Defender for Altador in 2006's Altador Cup. His big frame allows him to block opponents' shots and pass out of double teams when trapped in a corner. Another skilled Draik is Swordmaster Talek, who has refined the art of underwater swordsmanship. Swordmaster Talek played a major role in the defeat of Captain Scarblade's pirates.

One of the "bad" Draiks is King Terask. King Terask is a red dragon who has invaded Faerieland. Users can fight him, but he is a very powerful opponent, courtesy his Celestial Hammer, Damage Shields, Self Healing powers, and Protection of Infinity. He also has powers of Shockwave, Stunning, and Slowing Strikes.

Only about 10,000 Draiks have been created since their introduction. They are featured in 98 different items, and come in 39 different colors, which include Plushie, Faerie, Rainbow, Ghost, Cloud and Christmas.
