Bruce

The Bruce is is a Neopet which has undergone some drastic changes over the years. Originally it resembled Bruce Forsyth, the English comedian and entertainer. Later, its appearance was made to look like a penguin. Bruces are known for their love of sports and dancing, along with cold food. They belong to the snow-covered Terror Mountain.

Probably the most famous Bruce is Benny, who is a Pirate Bruce. He assisted Captain Scarblade in the Curse of Maraqua plot. His job was to seek out the Black Pawkeet to help the Captain extract his revenge. In this plot, users were given the option to help Maraqua or the pirates during the attack in two ways. One form of participation involved fighting against Maraqua or the pirates in the Battledome. The other involved acquiring certain items to assist the battlers, and playing Maraquan games to earn points.

Another popular Bruce is a baby known as Boochi. Boochi is known for being both evil and adorable at the same time. He may jump out of a bush and fire his ray gun at you, or he might not bother you at all. This mischievous nature of Boochi has endeared him to many players. Brucey B is a another Bruce who likes to play the game of Cheat. He likes to hide his cards under the table, so you have to be careful when playing against him.
